Thank you for planning to join us during the CNY Fiber Arts Festival. Exhibitors and demonstrations are a great way to engage the public and share our wonderful fiber arts crafts with the next generation. The Vendor Coordinator will assign space prior to the festival weekend. All Exhibitors/Participants need to be identified by name (to the Vendor Coordinator) and either arrange for IDs in advance of the festival or have names at the front desk. After 9 AM no vehicles are permitted on the festival grounds – folks may temporarily park near the front gate to drop off equipment but then will need to park in the general parking or Vendor Parking areas.
We provide exhibition/demonstration space free of charge; however, because of this we do not allow any items to be sold from these spaces. If you desire a space to sell items, memberships, etc., please complete the Vendor Registration Form for a vendor space.
To register for an Animal Exhibit booth, please complete the Vendor Registration Form instead of the following form. The booth space is still free of charge.
