Vendor Contact Information

Please provide your contact information below.
Please note that this email address will be used to send Paypal invoices once your registration has been confirmed.
Please enter the name of your Business. This will be listed on our Website Festival Vendor List and in our festival program.
Please provide a good contact number. We will use this to reach out if we can’t reach you by email.
Please provide your business website – we will post this on our website as part of our resource guide (sponsors) and vendor list.
Please provide a good mailing address. We will not be advertising addresses on our website but may use this to send materials or contact you.

Sponsorship and Festival Advertising

Sponsors make our festival possible! Sponsors receive a number of benefits (varied depending on sponsor level) that are further outlined in our Vendor FAQ.

Advertising in our Festival Program is a great way to reach festival attendees. You are not required to be a sponsor to have ad space in the program.

Platinum Sponsors – $300 and above

Gold Sponsors – $200 – $299

Silver Sponsors – $100 – $199

Bronze Sponsors – $25 – $99

Booth information

Please note that we try to accommodate indoor and outdoor requests as much as possible but both are subject to availability!

Outdoor booth spaces are extremely limited and require that you provide your own tent or cover.

Do you plan to provide demonstrations or bring some animals with you? We can work with you to provide space for these options but please be aware there are no sales allowed from these booth spaces since we do not charge for these spaces.

Guilds will be provided 6 passes; additional participants will need to purchase a day pass on the day they are demonstrating. Demonstration booths are 10′ x 10′ so please plan your demonstrations and schedule your help accordingly.

Please provide a short description of your booth contents, displays, demonstrations, etc.
Electricity is available on a limited basis so the Vendor Coordinator will contact you regarding availability.

Back by popular demand will be our Explorer Pass! Children visiting our festival, with their parents in tow, will explore the festival, learning about the fiber arts, fiber itself, and the animals that produce it.

Our team does all the work! If you would like to participate we will prepare an explorer pass question to hang in your booth with a hole punch. That’s it!
