Food Vendor setup is available on Friday, June 7, 2024. You are welcome to set up anytime before Saturday at 9:30 AM. You are responsible for the necessary insurance and other permits needed for the festival period. Vendors set up on that same Friday if you plan to provide food on that day in addition to the full weekend.

Sponsorship and Festival Advertising

You are welcome to join us as a Sponsor and are also welcome to purchase advertising in our program if you would like to!

Sponsors make our festival possible! Sponsors receive a number of benefits (varied depending on sponsor level) that are further outlined in our Vendor FAQ.

Advertising in our Festival Program is a great way to reach festival attendees. You are not required to be a sponsor to have ad space in the program.

Sponsorship Amount ($)

Platinum Sponsors – $300 and above

Gold Sponsors – $200 – $299

Silver Sponsors – $100 – $199

Bronze Sponsors – $25 – $99

Festival Program Advertising

Will you need help creating camera ready art?

No – I am all set!

If you need help creating “camera ready” artwork we can help! There is a small fee for this service.

Setup information

The Food Vendor fee is $75.

How wide is your food setup frontage? *

We typically set aside a 20′ section for each food vendor unless you request additional space.

Menu Description *

Please provide a short summary of your food offerings including if you will have breakfast options in addition to lunch.

We will ask for a menu ahead of the festival to share with Vendors as well.

The Vendor Coordinator will coordinate electrical hookups … the festival location has some support for higher draws if this is needed.
