Fees, Sponsorship, and Festival Advertising

Sponsors make our festival possible! Sponsors receive a number of benefits (varied depending on sponsor level) that are further outlined in our Vendor FAQs.

Sponsorship options are outlined in our Sponsor Options.

Advertising in our Festival Program is a great way to reach festival attendees. You are not required to be a sponsor to have ad space in the program. For more information on advertising in our festival program you can read the Advertising Options.

Platinum Sponsors – $300 and above

Gold Sponsors – $200 – $299

Silver Sponsors – $100 – $199

Bronze Sponsors – $25 – $99

Booth information

Vendor spaces are $110 for an indoor 10’x10′ space – this fee includes power.
A very limited number of Outdoor spaces will be available this year and are $95 for a 10’x12′ space with NO power hookups. The Vendor Coordinator will reach out to coordinate availability of outdoor spaces if you request this option. You will need to provide your own tent but the space will be located on the black top for ease of access within the booth space.

Outdoor spaces are limited so you may be moved to an indoor space if Outdoor is not available. The Vendor Coordinator will reach out to arrange this.

Please indicate how many sales spaces you are requesting.

Please note that multiple booth spaces are subject to availability and the Vendor Coordinator will confirm with you the availability.

Please provide a short description of the products festival attendees will find in your booth. This displays in our Vendor Guide on our website and helps attendees and shoppers find your products!
Please include some key words such as “yarn”, “roving”, “spinning equipment” that describe your booth products. This is used for the online vendor list!
We love seeing the animals! Please indicate how many spaces for animals you are requesting. Keep in mind these spaces are free so you are not permitted to sell out of these spaces. Also please be sure to have the necessary Vet Checks completed anytime after May 25!

Children visiting our festival, with their parents in tow, will explore the festival, learning about the fiber arts, fiber itself, and the animals that produce it. Our coordinator will contact you if your booth is selected.

Our team does all the work! If you would like to participate we will prepare an explorer pass question to hang in your booth with a hole punch. That’s it!

Camping Reminder

Just a reminder that if you want to camp on the festival grounds you will need to also complete the Campsite Application.
